DELIVERY DAY

Hi there, we want to make sure the delivery of your Natuzzi furniture goes as smoothly as possible - to help we have detailed a few useful tips and reminders!

  • Please ensure the room the furniture is going into is clear of any old furniture.

  • Check that the route the delivery team will need to take to get into your home is clear of any items that may stop your new furniture from fitting.

  • Check over your new furniture to make sure you are happy with everything as you will be asked by the delivery team to confirm - they will also ask you to confirm that they have not damaged your property during the delivery.

We pride ourselves on making sure we arrive within the designated delivery slot but sometimes due to traffic or unexpected delays on the previous delivery we very occasionally run a bit late. If this happens we will give you as much notice as possible and ensure you are kept up to date.
